Making chocolates is one of our many passions, and all the better when we can bring in fresh, seasonal products from the farm! Each season we look for new and interesting combinations to create magical flavors representative of the bounty of the land, while maintaining that essence of chocolate that so resonates with all of us. We try to present a mix of the classical and the modern with a healthy dose of whimsy thrown in. We regularly offer our signature collections in six and twelve piece options, but can offer two-, three-, and four-piece options as well. We can ship to almost anywhere. In 2017 our flavors included: dark chocolate ganache, caramel (pear, apple cider, pineapple, dark, goat's milk), amaretto, kahlua coffee, coffee, coffee cardamom, caramel machiato, egg nog, sesame, raspberry, elderberry, blood orange, strawberry banana, mango, key lime, cherry cordial, passionfruit, paw paw, peach, cranberry orange, pomegranate, lemon ginger, honey ginger, pear tomato jam, spicy pepper, mint, peanut butter, pistachio, hazelnut, almond nougat, marshmallow, and Irish stout.
