Mark handcrafts all the chocolates. We use 65% dark chocolate for the shells.

 

For holidays and special events we may also use milk chocolate and white chocolate.

 

Mark creates house-made fillings such as passionfruit, strawberry, raspberry, mint, amaretto, and many others. Flavors and styles rotate throughout the year.
