How to Use Your Learning Kitchen Gift Card or Class Credit

How long do gift cards and class credits last?

• Generally a year (365 days) from when the gift card was purchased or when the credit was issued.

• We want you to use your gift card or credit because we want you to have a great time learning at the farm so we will remind you a few times during the year that you have credit remaining.

How can I search for my gift card or credit code in my email?

• The person purchasing your gift card could have asked the system to send it automatically or they may have sent it you themselves. If they had the system send it, the email address is: no-reply@occsn.com (Occasion is the name of the system we use.) "Chocolates and Tomatoes" appears several times in the email.

How do I get my gift card or credit code if I have misplaced it?

• Send an email to CandTFarmInfo@gmail.com or chocolatesandtomatoes@gmail.com and we will send it to you.

Can I use my gift card or credit for multiple purchases?

• Yes. You do not have to spend it all at once.

  • If the amount of the gift card is more than the cost of the class, you will have money left for your next purchase.

Can I use my gift card or credit to pay for other people's purchases?

• Yes. You can give them your code OR you can purchase for them.

• Remember, if you give them your code, they could use it again without your permission if you still have funds left.

Can I use my gift card or credit to pay for part of an order and pay for the rest of it myself?

• Yes. Multiple payment methods can be used for the same order. See picture below.

Can I use multiple gift cards or credits to pay for the same order?

• Yes. Enter your first code and press "return." The form will give you space for another code. See example picture below.

Can I use my Learning Kitchen gift card to buy other things at Chocolates and Tomatoes Farm?

• No. Sorry, your gift card from The Learning Kitchen can only be used to buy classes.

How can I buy a gift card for The Learning Kitchen at Chocolates and Tomatoes Farm?

• You can get one here. All gift cards are electronic.

How do I use my gift card or credit?

• You enter the code in the space provided for class payment (see screenshot below). I find it is easiest to copy and paste from the email you were sent because you need to include the spaces or dashes that appear in the code, not just the numbers.
