Welcome to 2026, everyone! We are so excited to continue offering you cooking classes and chocolate shop hours that provide a place to unwind, create smiles, and learn something new in a supportive, welcoming environment.
A big thank you to everyone who came out to the farm in 2025.
As of January, we have also started our spring planting to prepare for summer selling. Farming requires planning ahead; we will share steps from each month.
Should you bother getting on a waiting list? YES!
We use the waiting list to: decide if we should add more sessions and for future planning; give you first dibs when classes added; contact you if someone cancels

Important Notes About Classes
If you ended 2025 with a gift certificate or credit, or had been on a waiting list for one of these classes, you got a sneak peak and a chance to register early which is why some of these classes are already sold out!
We will re-assess registrations in a couple of weeks to see if we can fit any more classes in. Please put your name on the waiting list if there is class you want to take and it is full.
We will use that information to prioritize and we will contact waiting list folks first as we add more class sessions.
Plus, sometimes people do cancel, and when they do, we try to replace them with someone from the waiting list.
We made some changes in our class cancellation policy to make it easier for us to offer class seats to people who are on the waiting list. Please be sure you read the policy when you sign up even if you have been to lots of classes before.
Yes, we still have room for a few private classes.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to schedule one.
