Seasonal Awe
I love observing how the farm changes with the seasons. One of my favorite times of the year is observing the changes on the farm that signal that winter is ending and spring is coming.
From left to right, see four different signs of spring here at Chocolates and Tomatoes Farm. One of our plum trees in bloom, tarragon re-emerging after a winter nap, seedlings (kale, brussel sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower) ready for field transplanting, and the reminder from mother nature that spring is unpredictable (sleet after a few warm days).
