May is the beginning of our peak season at Chocolates and Tomatoes Farm

  • We begin to harvest colorful and delicious fruits and veggies

  • Our on-farm market begins so that we can share what we have grown

  • And, we continue to have cooking classes -- many featuring what we grow

  • Click here to see the calendar by month

Classes Featuring Our Farm-Grown Berries

We grow strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries. Strawberries were our second-largest sales crop in 2025.

  • Berries, Curds and Creams (6/7 and 6/30)

  • Brunch Breads (5/31 and 7/27)

  • Fresh-picked blueberries and blackberries
  • Fresh-picked strawberries

Classes Featuring 4-6 Farm-Grown Veggies, Herbs, and Fruits

One of our cooking classes goals is to help customers get new ideas and feel comfortable preparing what we grow.

  • View of cooking class space
  • Quickaled cucumbers and carrots in containers

Classes Featuring Various Types of Dough

Making dough brings a certain type of joy. We share a variety of options with you that you can eat with or without our farm-fresh harvests.

  • People making fresh spaghetti noodles

Classes to Satisfy Those Sweet Tooth Cravings

Groups Booked Several Summer Private Classes, too!

  • Their own variation for their own group: International Hand Pies, Seasonal Market Basket Surprise Demo and Luncheon (2)

On-Farm Markets and Chocolate Shops

You can buy chocolates at our On-Farm Market, after classes, and during special Chocolate Shop hours. You can pre-order for pickup when items are available and the purchasing window is open. OR, just come by and browse.
