12/9 & 12/10 (2-day class), Entertaining with Entremets (mousse cakes)

• This is a new class where you learn how to make the layers of and assemble an entremet. With flavor and color choices to customize for your tastes, make a beautiful layered dessert to serve at your holiday party! Have fun with friends or meet some new folks -- all people welcome, no experience needed.
